Secondly one of the issues that manager has to deal with is ensuring that the recruitment process effectively targets the diverse groups. The recruitment process should ensure that it has gotten all the types of people that it needs to achieve its goals and objectives. Lastly, the human resource office has to deal with the potential biasness in the recruitment process.According to Podsiadlowski, Grschke, Kogler, Springer, & van der Zee,(2013) ignoring diversity has more harm to the organization than good.
